Now the page says that the email containing details of the permission was sent to OTRS, but that the "uploader" should copy the URL of the file in the email to assist OTRS volunteers to find it.. Does it mean that I should send again the author's permission and the file's URL to OTRS? --Sbmoggiona (talk) 15:29, 17 February 2012 (UTC)

Well, it should be self-understanding to add to the permission a clear information to which file the permission refers. If that information was not in the initial email, then send it again, but mention the first email. --Túrelio (talk) 22:53, 17 February 2012 (UTC)
