Cropping?

When I uploaded the picture, I wanted the street to be seen, too, so that the viewer has something to relate and scale to. However, since the picture is extremely high in relation to its width, I would think that cropping the picture might be necessary. What do you think?
Currently I use the picture in the german article on parking guidance systems, and it is hard to format it there.
