This image has been marked with {{No license}} at october 1, 2008. Copyright issues seems tricky to me, but shouldn't the uploader get a notice on the deletion request? I also wonder if the license from the original file, Image:PKU-seal.png licensed as {{PD}}, isn't "inherited" to this image aswell? // Mankash (talk) 08:27, 11 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Overwriting the file

Please do not overwrite this file with the new version. It is not what Shizhao uploaded and it is a totally different image. If anyone wishes to have a newer logo, and is positive that there are no copyright issues, please upload under a different name, otherwise, the old file cannot be used. Commons is a media database, we do not provide only the most up-to-date file, but all versions of them.--Ben.MQ (talk) 09:52, 29 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
