An image of questionable accuracy?

I am concerned that this is an image of questionable accuracy.
- If I am not mistaken our galaxy is not barred galaxy.
- If I am not mistaken our galaxy is 100,000 light years across. That would make the bubble that represents our local area disproportionately large. Geo Swan (talk) 20:05, 18 December 2011 (UTC)
