As I suspected it is the one who uploaded that. It may seems obvious, but honestly it's not so obvious for me (I cannot speak for others though). It's not the first image I see without authorship stated explicitly and I know it can be done, so maybe it could be made as a rule (to explicitly write who the author is)?
