Mislabeled and highly misleading

The polar vortex is a high pressure zone, not a low pressure zone. This low pressure zone was associated with a weakening of the polar vortex during that time, which allowed cold air to move southward. The movement of this low pressure zone so far north was a freakish anomaly and kit is not the polar vortex. The file title is misleading and should be changed.
