The photography does not belong to the genus Rostraria, it must be a species of the genus Polypogon. Especially note the presence of numerous relatively long awns. In Rostraria awns are much shorter in relation to the size of spikelets. In Polypogon monspeliensis and P. maritimus each spikelet has two long awns on the glumes.
