User:Archaeodontosaurus, Good Morning, you recently deleted two PD tags that I added to the file. These were specifically required by the image review for an article at FAC and are necessary in order to use the image (technically, all of your photos of buildings in Italy require them). Italy does not have freedom of panorama (see explanation here). So it is necessary to declare that the original work (in this case the portal of Santo Stefano) is not protected by copyright since the designer/builder has been dead for over 70 years. Also, since the Wiki servers are in the US, it is necessary to have a US PD tag. Again, these tags concern the original work and are independent of your rights to the photo.Venicescapes (talk) 09:01, 9 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
