I've reverted the speedy deletion request as it's based on two incorrect premises: the PD-text tag, first of all, covers "simple geometric shapes and/or text...", not merely simple geometric shapes, even if the typeface couldn't be characterized as such. And typeface is all we have here, no matter how "carefully arranged", so this image is public domain. See Commons:Threshold of originality and Commons:Licensing#Fonts.
