I think this is of Jacques Saurin, an earlier cleric

It seems likely that the depicted cleric is in fact Jacques Saurin (1677–1730), en:w:Jacques Saurin. While it could be a family resemblance, this engraving does seem to be a copy of an original like that shown on https://books.google.co.uk/books?id=oNk3AQAAIAAJ&pg=PR2, which is definitely of Jacques, there called James.
