It is not relay, it is contol panel with display. And it drives the switches, not processes. Better to say, that it is high-voltage load switch, which constrction containing relay cause it is inconceivable to operate high-voltage directly. Here human and high-voltage are separated from each other and of course such switch can't be bounded mechanically way with human; so it is using more safe relay, which is operated from this low-voltage (safe for human) panel; but generally this big construction is load switch.
