Colours are broken

According to Commons:Help desk#File:RBMK Reaktor ChNPP-4.svg colors, this file seems to have issues with colours not working properly. It seems like this issue was produced by Виталий Болбас in his revision from 30th of October 2018 where he optimized the code to reduce the file size, however while the direct SVG render in browser was intact, it produced a bug in MediaWiki where the entire image just disappeared. Later revisions somewhat fixed that, but the colours are still missing. Can someone please investigate what happened? I'll try to revert the file back to latest working revision temporarily until the issue is resolved. It will mean the file size is larger, but it will be working.
