The maps made by Esemono are wrong. For example, Azerbaijan was not an Ottoman land for 3 centuries. - Ullierlich (talk) 07:05, 28 August 2018 (UTC)
- Could be a good idea to reference a (more) reliable source for area per date. After this it should be simple to fix, especially in the related SVG file. I was mainly interested in the question of animation and how to transfer it to SVG for a wikibook as an example. This type of map was only technically pretty good to generate some SVG. - I corrected each map used by this .gif. But the .gif don't shows the correct versions. If anyone can make them appear, it's here [1]. --Claude Zygiel (talk) 18:28, 20 February 2020 (UTC)
