As Seahen suggested when he removed Psy guy's copyvio tag, this image is NOT copyrighted. Of the two sites Psy guy referred to as evidence in supprt of his speedy deletion request, rorschach.com only provides the information that "Rorschach® is a registered TradeMark of Hans Huber Publishers, Hogrefe AG, Bern, Switzerland," and rorschach.org states that the actual images are copyrighted by Hans Huber. While rorschach.com's assertion may be valid (I didn't check), rorschach.org's statement about the images themselves being copyrighted is utterly absurd. Rorschach published the inkblots himself, and he died in 1921; at the time, copyright law allowed a maximum copyright length of 56 years after the author's death, assuming all renewal opportunities were taken. (Correct me if I'm wrong, but it doesn't matter anyways: even the current 70-year limit has passed by now.) You can also confirm this with a check of the US Copyright Office's database at copyright.gov. 68.216.187.22 04:07, 27 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

IT is ILLEGAL TO SHOW actual Rorschach images. Whoever put this on here should take it off. it is a copyright infringement!!!!!!

It's not illegal, it just goes against the APA ethics code. However, Wikipedia and it's users doesn't have to follow the APA code (unless they are psychologists and others who fall under the APA code). So they can screw up the norms for psychologists everywhere without any repercussion.
I confirm, there're nothing of illegal at all. --DrugoNOT 20:18, 27 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Deletion requests by Dorgan

Please, note that Dorgan is a troll, and probably also a psychologist or a psychiatrist rented by the APA. You can find more details in our talk pages:
