Thanks @Villarreal9: for uploading this image.

The building however is not the central library (anymore), but the back side of the Weenaflat at the Hofplein. See for example Google streetview.

Now the picture File:Rotterdam - Centrale Bibliotheek (3).jpg is part of the following series of 5, and the confusion is in the yellow tubes. They are on two buildings in Rotterdam.

I recently updated the Wikipedia article on the building on the Dutch Wikipedia (see here) and rearranged the categories here. I would like these three buildings renamed. -- Mdd (talk) 09:12, 7 June 2019 (UTC)
