I have an e-mail from Roger Ebert confirming that he was the original uploader, and that he agrees to release this photo under GNU. For more information, PLEASE email me! I can submit my info to OTRS or whoever if you like. Night Ranger 01:38, 9 October 2007 (UTC)

- Already sent to OTRS, just waiting for them to review it (I guess?). Ebert is the copyright holder, according to him. (Something I've learned: The person who takes the photo doesn't always necessarily own rights to an image. For example, Roger may have handed his camera to someone else and asked them to take the photo for him or he may have even used a tripod. I think, given that this is Roger Ebert we're talking about and we have the information from the man himself, that it's safe to AGF that he owns the rights to the photo.)
