Wrong letterforms[edit]

@Peter Fitzgerald: Many forms in this image are incorrect or misleading (в, д, и, й, к, н, о, п, р, с, т, у, ф, ц, ч, ш, щ, ъ, ы, ь, ю). In contrast to most contemporary Latin handwriting models, the standard Russian letters are written without connecting strokes when they occur at the beginning of a word (or in isolation).
