Incorrect licensing tag

The licensing tag on this image is incorrect. The stated source here gives the image credit to "Photographer: Steve Petteway". Yet the wikimedia entry claims it is the work of the US judiciary, which is a patent nonsense, as it is the work of a photographer and not a judge. And the "PD-USGov-Judiciary" tag itself says that the tag should only apply to "filings by a judge or magistrate judge". I don't know what the tag should be, but given the prominence of this image on the Eglish Wikipedia it needs to be fixed. Hallucegenia (留言) 12:59, 21 September 2020 (UTC)

I do not really understand much about this argument. Just because the photographer has a name (as all human photographers do) does not imply he is not a US federal employee. It is very easy to verify that the photographer is the official photographer of the Supreme Court. I guess your point is that the file should use {{PD-USGov-SCOTUS}} instead of PD-USGov-Judiciary, but that is easily fixed. Dominic (留言) 14:37, 16 July 2021 (UTC)
