Image/Enhancement Quality

The original version was a very poor quality photograph, which has resulted in the enhanced version having awful halos and other artifacts from manipulation of shadows, highlights, etc. Using an AI upscaler (like Topaz Gigapixel, perhaps used in conjunction with Topaz Jpeg2Raw), then photo-editing software with modern tools for shadow/highlight manipulation may result in a superior outcome, although a photograph with a proper camera would be preferable.
