File talk:Same-sex marriage in Alabama by county.svg
Will ask at the article if we want the non-Kansas category a lighter color, or to make the Kansas cat darker, which looks better but is inconsistent.
Don't know what "fixed" means, so I've been reverting that as I go along. — kwami (talk) 18:01, 10 February 2015 (UTC)
Reverting yet again, to match with Kansas and the Alabama legend, until this is decided. Really, this is annoying. And what is " your filling of counties do not match with the proporties" supposed to mean? — kwami (talk) 18:07, 10 February 2015 (UTC)
- You seem to be just filling in counties without actually changing the property of the object itself, are you familiar with editing SVG's at all or is this your first time editing an SVG? If it is, I would suggest asking a user who is experienced with editing vector images to tell you how to change colours of objects in SVG's as I don't think I would be very good at explaining all this to you. --Leftcry (talk) 18:11, 10 February 2015 (UTC)
Need confirmation
[編輯]Pickens, Choctaw, Coosa, and Houston have contradictory descriptions in the media, but there is so little coverage that I can't figure out which are right. Lots of sources copy lists from each other, so error, or misreadings of reliable accounts, can easily propagate. Hale should probably also be confirmed, if we can. — kwami (talk) 20:00, 19 February 2015 (UTC)
Macon County issuing to same-sex couples
[編輯]http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2015/03/04/alabama-marriage_n_6801412.html "On Wednesday, 41 of those counties told HuffPost they were no longer accommodating gay couples. Only one county, Macon County, said it would continue issuing licenses." 74.83.50.77 (talk) 23:22, 4 March 2015 (UTC)
- We have at least one source that Macon has stopped. It was still issuing on Tuesday, but not by Wed. PM. Perhaps HuffPost interviewed them Wed. AM? Note also that HuffPost says Escambia never issued licenses, which is not true. — kwami (talk) 01:08, 5 March 2015 (UTC)
