I have a problem with this map.It looks that Lazar had more land than Vukashin, no way stavilac vs king? from 1365-1371...also, it looks that Skoplje, belonged to Vuk Brankovic, but landscape on google earth does not support it..How this map has been developed? — Preceding unsigned comment was added by 87.250.59.20 (talk) 20:15, 23 January 2016 (UTC)[回复]

Borders in this map were made exactly in accordance with map from used source, which is this: The Times History of Europe, Times Books, London, 2002, pages 98-99. Scanned map from that sorce was also present online on this location: http://www.dodaj.rs/f/1x/d4/2XMzmj5g/balkans1360.jpg However, it appears that imaging host site expired. I will later upload that map from used source to another imaging host site. PANONIAN (留言) 10:33, 24 January 2016 (UTC)[回复]

In Serbian and Yugoslav school historical atlases you will find maps like this which basically try and stick on the territories of magnates from different times of Uroš' reign. Altoman died in 1359 and okay so what's a year but his brother Vojislav succeed to the family lands rather than being as the map implies a rival. Further at this stage Lazar had not really begun to carve out for himself territory. The editors of the Times History of Europe are unlikely to be experts on the 14th century Balkans so are not IMO reliable. Dejvid (留言) 00:39, 22 February 2016 (UTC)[回复]
The real problem is the exact date. If it was describe as showing the areas of activity of magnates in the time of Uroš it would be okay though even then it would be better without the borders.Dejvid (留言) 13:17, 22 February 2016 (UTC)[回复]
Authors of The Times History of Europe obviously wanted to say that this was situation in approximately 1360. Year 1359 is not far from 1360 and exact dates of many medieval events are not certain. The Times History of Europe is reliable source and most maps in that book are very accurate. Even if there is disagreement about exact dates and events in various sources, this map should stay as it is since it represents info from this source. There is no obstacle that other maps can be created based on other sources. You can show me other source and I can make another map based on that source or you can make another map by yourself. This map is a mess. It tries to show the lands of the magnates of Serbia throughout a period of several decades in which those magnates rose and fall. Vojislav, for example, was dead long before Lazar held more than a few trivial estates. Just because the Times has a good reputation doesn't make this map less bullshit. This simply does not describe the situation in 1360.Dejvid (留言) 08:24, 24 August 2018 (UTC)[回复]

So what you want to say? Map depicts source which it used - end of story. You are free to make another map that would fit your views. PANONIAN (留言) 18:53, 21 September 2018 (UTC)[回复]
This map is so wrong in so many ways. Like Dejvid says. It should be deleted since a better one is avaiable here: https://sr.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%A3%D0%B3%D1%99%D0%B5%D1%88%D0%B0_%D0%9C%D1%80%D1%9A%D0%B0%D0%B2%D1%87%D0%B5%D0%B2%D0%B8%D1%9B#/media/File:Srpsko_carstvo_1360.png. --Litany (留言) 11:24, 25 April 2019 (UTC)[回复]
