This one might be OK. It says that this is a photo of the uploader. I'm not sure whether it is a self-shot or not, but the uploader may have obtained permission from the photographer if this isn't the case. Quoting Flickr dates:

Taken on             July 28, 2007 at 10.01PM PDT
Posted to Flickr     August 17, 2007 at 12.48AM PDT

There is a period of about three weeks between these dates. Not too much, and I can't find any copy on the Internet which doesn't point back to Flickr. Google Images finds three pages using this image, but all three hotlink to Flickr. --Stefan4 (talk) 21:39, 16 May 2013 (UTC)
