This file does not appear to be an original work, but a cropped and horizontally flipped image of an original found from a medical presentation given by Dr. Mike Kwan of Princess Margaret Hospital in Hong Kong. The site hosting the content is the Hong Kong Hospital Authority.

As such I would like to suggest that the image be reverted to the original from the above resource (assuming fair use applies) or removed as it does not appear the user who posted this image holds a copyright.
