DeltaV to Venus

Seems like the DeltaV to/from Venus is inaccurate. Possibly this came from someone considering what would happen if we launched a rocket made for Earth from the surface of Venus. The value of 29705 m/s for Venus is far too high. I think that's the value in km/h, which converts 8251 m/s. This is more in line with the Venus escape velocity of 10.3 km/s as listed on the NASA fact sheet page.
