Flow direction of cooling water[edit]

there might be the theory that a counterflow of cooling water is necessary and in big plants it is correct. But in such a lab plant some points are different. First, the cooling water leaves the cooler with more or less the same temperature as it came in and second (and more imprtant) the cooler could not be filled completely by leading the water from the top.
