Origin

"This image is of Australian origin" seems ambiguous. The image posted has clearly come from Queensland. But that is but a reproduction of an original photo that was published by General Steam Navigation Company in London as a postcard, and was clearly taken there. Here is a copy showing the publisher's info on the back [1] (photographer anon). I found no source indicating whether this photo was taken or published in 1939 or after she re-entered service post-WW2 after release from military service in 1947.
