supposed errors: cardinal directions & lightning[edit]

Hi, I suspect two errors in this 3D picture:

  • cardinal directions: instead of north toward top-right corner of the picture (actual description), north orientation is approximately toward the top of the picture (opening in the external outer bank is toward the south)
  • ligthning can be confusing as light comes from north-east !
as ligthning can be considered related to sunlight, it is supposed to come from east to west, with intermediate positions from south.

Source[edit]

Evidently the image depicts Stonehenge as it was at some point, rather than it is now. It would be helpful to indicate was the assumption is based on, is there an article or book which has led to this illustration, @Jlert~commonswiki? Richard Nevell (talk) 21:17, 10 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
