- @Incnis Mrsi: . Well, we obviously do not agree on the prospect of cluttering categories with superseded files. And you need to admit that this version of the file is also superseded by a PNG-version, even though you have removed that template in one of your edits. - No. The current JPEG is derived off the PNG version. It is not “superseded” by it – you got it all wrong. Predictably I kicked {{Superseded}} out just after overwriting the file, but forgot about the category. Incnis Mrsi (talk) 18:33, 22 April 2019 (UTC)

- You may look at wikt:supersede#Verb, as well as at what does {{SupersededPNG}} actually states, namely it is recommended to use the other file. The PNG is the source for the current JPEG, but there is no reason to discourage the JPEG from showing to end users. Again, you got the purpose of {{Superseded}} wrong—namely too broad in scope—and now waste my time for this pointless dispute. Incnis Mrsi (talk) 05:49, 23 April 2019 (UTC)
