If this were a policy, I would tag it with {{rejected}} because WE ARE NOT VOTING!. This image sends exactly the wrong message about the Wikipedia decision-making process. What is the equivalent process to deprecate an image? Rossami (talk) 02:10, 31 May 2006 (UTC)
I agree, but it looks like it's been used in other places than AfD discussions (which is where I first saw it), so I hate to {{ifd}} the image and throw the baby out with the bathwater. But for breaking names, I'd suggest a rename; I almost don't mind the image, but the name is...divisive —C.Fred (talk) 00:53, 7 August 2006 (UTC)

has the {{Information}} for COM:MRD with a {{igen|T|0|+}} stamp (text editor, 0 validator errors link, other fields usage). One unnecessary id="svg2" confusing the W3C validator stripped, update requested. –Be..anyone (留言) 13:58, 22 December 2014 (UTC)
- I am unfamiliar with "updates" to protected files. Should I replace the file and the description with the one found in File:Symbol delete vote.svg, and delete File:Symbol delete vote.svg as a duplicate?--Jarekt (留言) 14:09, 14 January 2015 (UTC)
- That's supposed to work. There is one recent done example (and olders in older versions of the page, before I removed 2012 and 2011 stuff.) Apparently User:Nick tried some convoluted history merge, but that's unnecessary from my POV, nobody cares how many attempts I needed to arrive at a valid (2) suggestion. Actually nobody cares where you found a new version as long as it's a valid SVG, exactly the same icon, and a page with a complete/correct {{Information}}, at which point the (2) dupe can be deleted. –Be..anyone (留言) 15:07, 14 January 2015 (UTC)
