Is there any way to censure a user editing a page to add in homophobic slurs? Ie block their IP address from editing Wikipedia? In relation to edit by IP 50.201.16.254 on 8 December 2012 (who's only other contribution to Wikipedia has been to change 'Adele' to 'Adelephant' on a photo of the British singer) -Chrisf

Physiological accuracy in male Tanner scale diagram: circumcised vs. uncircumcised penis in diagram[编辑]
The diagram of the Tanner Scale for males appears to be featuring a circumcised penis. This is misleading as it features a modification to the body, not the body as it would develop naturally without disease. Corrections to the diagram should be considered.
