Any ethnic map of Anatolia before the "ethnic cleanings" of 1915-1923 is inevitably contested by the descendants of the different peoples, especially concerning the many multiethnic areas and the main towns. --Claude Zygiel (talk) 15:18, 19 September 2021 (UTC)
