Borders of disputed areas

[edit]

What's with the borders of Abkhazia, Kosovo etc. - why are they shown in the same way as for fully recognized states?

Too much of Southeastern Estonia is striped. The Orthodox Seto area is far narrower.H2ppyme (talk) 08:13, 10 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Suggestions

[edit]
  • It would look better as a thumbnail if non-informative parts (most of Russia, Africa, and also Greenland) were cropped.
  • I think modern borders only add confusion on a 17 century map.

Greenland

[edit]

The colouring of Greenland in this map is odd. Greenland may be a protestant country, but has not the importance suggested in this map because nobody lives there. Should be white or grey or light blue or blacked out otherwhise. In this map Greenland is so dominant that it seems to be the greatest or most important protestant territory within Europe which is a ridiculous suggestion.--Jordi (talk) 13:27, 23 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
