Kosovo

Just curious, how does the flag of Kosovo appear in this apparent 2006 flag, when the competition that would lead to Kosovo getting its flag wouldn't start until mid-2007? The Kosovar Olympic commitee between 2003 and 2008 used a similar flag but with only 3 stars, so I'm curious as to where this comes from? ImStevan (talk) 19:18, 28 January 2024 (UTC)
