Wrong borders

The shown borders are these of the autonomous Region of Tibet since 1965. Between 1912 and 1950 the Lhasa-administrated area was much smaller, without the eastern and northeastern regions. Additionally it is questionable to show the recent borders of the world (independent states after 1991) and name it 1940. So

  1. either you correct the borders and delete the other post-1940 borders
  2. or you rename the File to a recent name, no need to correct the Tibet borders then
