The caption on this image indicates that it is demonstrating the Moon' gravitational potential when it is directly over 30°. But I thought that the most northerly position of the Moon was limited to 28.55° (i.e. 23.4° for the Earth's obliquity + 5.15° for the inclination of the Moon's orbit).
