Is this really Santa Eulàlia station[edit]

I don't think it is. There have been two Santa Eulàlia stations. The first (used from 1932 until 1983) had a centre platform. Both from the photo date and the fact the photo depicts side platforms, it clearly isn't this one.

The second station (used since 1983) has side platforms but as best I can tell it has always been fully roofed over. And I cannot square the tunnel mouth in the back of the photograph with the geography of the current Santa Eulàlia station.

On the other hand the station portrayed looks quite like this photograph (below) of Mercat Nou station, taken before that was rebuilt (with centre platform and overall roof) in 2009. Even down to the tunnel mouth in the background.

Can anybody help. -- Chris j wood (talk) 18:53, 2 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
