The Title and description of this picture is wrong. The Firearm shown on the right is clearly an Mp5 as indicated by the small ejection port. In addition the USMC never used the Hk53 as far as i know. To sum it up the two rifles the left two guys are using are M4 Carbines and the right two guys are using Mp5's
