What's going on with this file?

{{Helpme}} This file is not displaying in its default (preview) width on Commons. Just a link with the label "U S Grant.png". I'm having this problem on English Wikisource as well, but usually (for other images) I can find a width at which it will display. But for this image I haven't even been able to do that, and other images where I've had this happen at least display on Commons. I've been seeing this for at least a week I think. I never heard from anyone on this. In addition to the sizing problem in Wikisource, in Commons only the original image would display, and none of the array of smaller-sized versions. The database got tired of this image? It would only display a Wikimedia error message with the message "too many requests". Anyway in examining the original image closely, I found it had a border, which my tendency is to remove, though maybe this isn't a policy anymore. So I uploaded a new version. So far, so good: the default display image now shows instead of just "U S Grant.png". I will go to Wikisource and put a software border on it and see how it does.
