Quality image???[edit]
Given that this is supposed to be a quality image and that quality images are supposed to be accurately categorised, I consider that this image should be re-evaluated until such time as it has been authoritatively identified. Note in particular that the onus for identification is on the source of the material, and not on the challenger. However, to be helpful, I suggest appeal to the South African National herbaria, rather than the handiest nursery. Here are three links that might be useful:
