Where does the 0.07 come from?[edit]

I wondered the same thing myself. The creator really needs to explain the steps. The only explanation I can come up with is that you count over to the first number that lines up with the strokes on the main scale..? 203.213.7.130 09:00, 10 March 2007 (UTC)

How do you make these images and animations?[edit]
