When checking photos uploaded at the same day by the same user, we see that the photographer did spend some days around Vänersborg and Trollhättan, so this photo is probably taken somewhere near Vänersborg or maybe somewhere in Dalsland on the way home to Norway. / Achird (talk) 15:01, 18 February 2013 (UTC)
- I've been googling for oak forests like this in Vänersborg Municipality and found LÖVSKOGSINVENTERING VÄNERSBORGS KOMMUN. Using that report and various maps the best candidate I have found is the oak forest near Käringeudden, 1 km south of Ursand's Camping, and 2.5 km north of Central Vänersborg.
