Explanation: He was to young and not senior enough to be a Knight of Saint Alexander Nevsky. You had to be an Lt. General! The order around the neck is that of Saint Anna. Just magnify it! The orders on the chest are the Order of Saint Vladimir IVth. Class, an unidentified medal and the Swedish Order of the Sword. The small blue cross is indeed the Prussian Pour le Mérite.
