Reasons for Flickr change of license tag

Regarding my flickr change of license tag, I should note that Mac9 has uploaded many images on the correct license and has almost 2,000 photos on Commons--many of which passed flickr review. Secondly, this image here was uploaded in October 2005 from July70/Julie Kertesz's flickr account. From FlickrLickr, we see there are 57 images alone which were uploaded from her account with this special bot--many in 2006 after Mac9 uploaded this particular image. This strongly indicates she licensed her images as 'cc by 2.0' in 2005 and 2006...to have so many FlickrLickr images from her flickr account on Commons. So, I trust Mac9 here because of the strong evidence of FlickrLickr and his upload record. Thank You, --Leoboudv (talk) 07:41, 29 July 2009 (UTC)
