Notes on creation

Hi, I don't remember exactly how I created this image, but the basic steps are as follows:

1. Get "Certificate" font
2. Type letters in Inkscape using F8. Use largest letters.
3. Convert text to paths
4. Extrude paths to make letters bolder
5. Select path using F1 and manually change width/height
   • Trace the original bitmap as paths to get the target dimensions
6. Tweak position, compared to original (in this case a bitmap)
