I've contacted the "Pan" Publishing House which holds the rights of the book cover picture and they gave me the permission of use by filling out the form for license granting. If I should present any further information please let me know.

I hereby assert that “Pan” Publishing house is the creator and/or sole owner of the exclusive copyright of WORK http://www.pan-bg.eu/?viewID=1&bd_id=37 (book cover picture of the Bulgarian paperback edition of "Winnie-the-Pooh" book). I agree to publish that work under the free license LICENSE CC-BY-SA [1]. I acknowledge that I grant anyone the right to use the work in a commercial product, and to modify it according to their needs, as long as they abide by the terms of the license and any other applicable laws. I am aware that I always retain copyright of my work, and retain the right to be attributed in accordance with the license chosen. Modifications others make to the work will not be attributed to me. Valid licence?

A larger copy of this image is at http://i.helikon.bg/58377z.jpg but I am hesitant to upload it. If this is not work by en:E. H. Shepard, it is a clear derivative of his work. Also the design of the cover is not originally Bulgarian. /Pieter Kuiper (talk) 10:15, 26 September 2009 (UTC)
