I'm really sorry to tag a copyvio note but this picture is only released public for the United States. Therefore it can't be published for international Wikipedias.

This picture can only be uploaded on local wikipedias whereas it's allowed to be published.

A {PD-USGov} licence is declared well known as a copyright violation on French territories, Germany, Austria and maybe on other EU-countries. So it has to be removed.

I'll try to get an other picture of the Austrian chancellor directly and PD-general from his office. Thanks --Balleys 23:03, 15 September 2006 (UTC)

@User:Bastique: Why did you revert my edit? Are you familiar with German and EU-law? Can you read this: "This work is in the public domain in the United States because it is a work of the United States Federal Government" So what we Europeans have got to do with US-law? It also written that it is public domain in the US not outside.

I please an other user or administrator to check the matter.

Are you suggesting that works of the US federal government are not PD worldwide? Then a lot of photos must to be deleted, not only this one. You should state your reasons for this claim at Commons:Village pump rather than to tag this photo as a copyvio. --Kjetil_r 04:21, 16 September 2006 (UTC)
