According to [1] the content of ushmm.org is not suitable for GNU-FDL. --Zinnmann 21:13, 12 May 2006 (UTC)
- Immediate image source is Hedy Epstein's website, not the USHMM, and also not the NARA, as claimed on the image page. The USHMM has that image, too, and claims ©, but frankly said, this looks like a rather spurious copyright claim. They say "courtesy of Hedwig Wachenheimer Epstein". Hedy Epstein did work for the U.S. authorities at the Doctors' Trial (see [2] (text) and [3] (image)), but I've found no mention anywhere that she was the photographer. See also here for a brief rundown of Hedy Epsteins early life. I consider it likely that this is actually a mugshot from the Subsequent Nuremberg Trials and thus likely to be PD as a work of a U.S. government employee made in the course of his duties.
