User:Qara xan claims[1] that this "is not a portrait of Bayezid I but Yavuz (Selim I). It was painted by Haydar Hatemi."

At least the authorship claim seems to be rather unlikely, as en:Haydar Hatemi is a living artist and his painting style looks different to me, see en:File:Yavuzselim.jpg. --Túrelio (トーク) 06:53, 9 April 2015 (UTC)
