problematic filename

[edit]

Some authours claims that this person should be Yang Kyoungjong. But the fact is disputable. SBS's TV program titled 노르망디의 코리안 (Korean in Normandy) accepted the fact that some Koreans or Koryo-saram, but it concluded that the name of Yang Kyoungjoung should be fictional. So I think File:Yang Kyoungjong.jpg is problematic filename. Thank you. Takabeg (talk) 09:42, 4 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

In addition, author Martin Morgan notes that there is no direct evidence that the man in the photo is Yang Kyoungjong and that the official caption for the photo only refers to him as "young jap". In the 90's a theory emerged that the man was a Korean, who was captured by the USSR, and then captured by the Germans. And then later the man was identified as Yang Kyoungjong. Thus, the identity fo the man has been called into question. link. Harizotoh9 (talk) 18:36, 19 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
