I think this image can be kept. This image was taken on December 22, 2009 and uploaded on Commons just 2 days later at a very high picture resolution compared to the version on flickr This suggests to me that the uploader is the same person as the flickr account owner and that this is indeed own work. If there is still some doubt, one can file a regular DR and cite this evidence to keep or delete this image. I don't know if there are any FOP problems but the street sign is not complicated. --Leoboudv (talk) 09:28, 8 February 2013 (UTC)
